Pam received her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 1984. In 1997, she became Board Certified in Orthopedics due to her love of working with patients who have musculoskeletal disorders. Then, in 2018, she decided to further her education and received her clinical doctorate from Winston Salem State University.

Before becoming a PT and early in my career, my mentors were private practice owners. I wanted to have the independence and autonomy with a patient-centered focus, not a corporate system that I saw they had.”
Pam has called Boone home since 1992. She and husband Tim, a multi-generational local, married in 1994 and have three grown children. Boone is perfect for her as she loves the mountains, quiet living, and can still get to the beach for a long weekend!
